Dr William Hsu is a leading endocrinologist and a pioneer within metabolic health. He has over two decades of experience within diabetes care and research, and is currently the Chief Medical Officer for L-Nutra, where he is innovating chronic disease care. Dr William has gained several qualifications and degrees from prestigious institutions, including his BA in Neurobiology from Cornell University and Endocrinology and Metabolism Fellowship from Harvard Medical School. Throughout his career, Dr William has pushed the boundaries of medicine and created more inclusive health spaces. In 2001, Dr William was the co-director of the Asian American Diabetes Initiative and later founded the Asian Clinic at Harvard's Joslin Diabetes Center, where he was also the Medical Director. His additional positions at the centre included Course Director and Medical Lead for their external advisory and training programs, Senior Endocrinologist and founder and Senior Director of Joslin Health Solutions International Programs. In 2014, he became the Vice President of Harvard's Joslin Diabetes global healthcare advisory program.
Alongside his clinical work, Dr William has been an advisor for multiple medical organisations, including the Technical Advisor to the Board for Manzil Health Care Services, Board Observer for the Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center and Part of the Professional Practice Committee for the American Diabetes Association.
