Andrea Ghirardi

Andrea Ghirardi is a leading health tech executive and the CEO EMEA of L-Nutra, a science-driven nutri-tech company that turns clinical research into models for longevity, metabolic health and preventive care. Andrea has over fifteen years of international experience in healthcare, biotechnology and innovation, with a focus on the Food as Medicine concept and evidence-based health infrastructure. As a speaker, he shares pioneering research to help audiences better understand the intersection of nutrition, longevity science and innovative healthcare solutions.

Andrea started his career working in project management, serving as a PM and broadcaster for SBS Broadcast's Melbourne Ethnic Community Radio Division. From there, he worked as a PM for Maneat before gaining his MBA from the University of Turin. In 2010, Andrea became the Senior Sales Director and Marketing Business Consultant at Michael Page. By 2012, he was a Senior Director in Italy for Guna Spa, a leading Italian pharmaceutical company based in Milan. In 2014, he became the Head of Sales for Guna Spaa, where he led and oversaw the sales strategy for the company. In 2017, Andrea joined Amoena, a global leader in breast care products, as Country General Manager for Italy. In this role, he was responsible for leading the company’s operations, commercial strategy, and market development in the Italian market. His responsibilities expanded to include Spain, overseeing the business across both countries in 2019.

Throughout his career, Andrea has held multiple senior roles within the pharmaceutical industry, including the CCO/Managing Director of IMO Spa in 2021 and becoming a member of their board in 2022. In 2023, Andrea became the CEO and Chairman of L-Nutra and the CEO EMEA in 2024. Andrea shares his practical understanding of the industry as a Seminary Lecturer at the Università degli Studi di Milano. He is also invited to speak at industry events and was the pharma expert at the Milan Digital Pharma event and later the Sales Force Effectiveness workshop. Andrea has been recognised as a Top Mentor by the Careermeetings Community and was named one of Forbes Top 100 Managers in 2025.
