Car enthusiast, David Green is the Motoring Editor at The Times LUXX and his career sees him write for various auto and lifestyle publications about cars. Widely recognised for his roles presenting the coverage on ITV and ITV4 of Goodwood's three annual motoring events, Members Meeting, Revival and The Festival of Speed.
David's career began in the modelling industry when he won the widely respected Clothes Show Model of the Year competition. This monumental victory resulted in him receiving a modelling contract and consequently modeling for a variety of huge international brands. With experience modelling for Ralph Lauren, Levis, Zegna and Ermenegildo he has also appeared in TV adverts for Stella Artois, Guinness, Wrigleys, Wella, Diet Coke.
From modelling to cars, David has been an active competitor in UK motorsport for many years. From Karts to cars David's first season was a drive for VW which was sponsored by Sony. Since his first season Dvaid has gone on to win multiple titles from the Britcar Production Championship to the British MSA GT Endurance Championship with Lotus.
David is a widely recognised individual across the television both in the UK and USA from car-related shows to entertainment and reality. His appearances in entertainment include the BAFTA Britannia Awards and many behind the scenes specials on popular dramas such as 24, House, Lost and The Simpsons. David has explored his passion for cars across many TV programmes from ITV's Car Cruzin', Speed Hurts for Turner and Discovery's Inside West Coast Customs. David hosted a behind the scenes special where he demonstrated stunts from the spin-off TV reality show, Bullrun Rally. This was produced by David and aired on Channel 4 in the UK and MTV in the US,
