Daryl Fielding

Marketing expert, Portfolio Board Director and adviser, Daryl Fielding is best known for leading transformational global brand strategies and marketing campaigns for big companies such as Dove, Ford and Cadbury. She is currently the CEO of The Marketing Academy Foundation, a charity that helps find and fund jobs in the marketing industry for young adults, and is also a Portfolio NED with blue-chip executive experience.

Having spent over 20 years in the advertising and marketing industry, Daryl is an indelible experienced individual. She is the Director of her own consulting company, Daryl Fielding Consulting Limited, which she founded in 2015. The company specialises in branding, marketing, communication, negotiation and presentation.

An incredibly impressive individual, Daryl has worked with some of the biggest companies in the world. Some of her most recent job roles include Director of Brand Marketing at Vodafone UK and Vice President Marketing for Mondelez.

During her vast career, Daryl has had the opportunity to work with companies such as Vauxhall, Lloyds Bank, Weetabix, Barclaycard UK, Dove, Ford, Hellmann’s, Cadbury’s Dairy Milk, Milka, and Trident Senses Eu,to name a few. Most notably, Daryl led Dove’s incredibly successful ‘Campaign For Real Beauty’, which is arguably one of the most famous global campaigns ever, and has also helped former Prime Minister, Tony Balir, to victory by leading The Labour Party’s communication in 1997.

Furthermore, Daryl is also a Board Trustee at the British Heart Foundation and the Pelican Cancer Foundation.
