Dalia Feldheim is a former global CMO, leading organisational psychologist, and the author of ‘Lead Like a Girl’. With over 20 years of experience in executive and corporate environments, Dalia now provides leaders, teams and individuals with the actionable tools and research-backed frameworks to create resilient, innovative and human-centred cultures.
After graduating Summa cum Laude from Tel Aviv University with a BA in Business and Psychology, Dalia joined P&G as an Assistant Brand Manager for FemCare Israel. From there, she went on to spend over 16 years rising the ranks within the organisation, holding senior roles like Associate Marketing Director of Tampax at P&G, Associate Marketing Director of Fem Care CEEMEA, and CMO of Feminine Care Asia Hub, through which she became the diversity and inclusion leader for Asia, leading the first-ever women's diversity programme for the continent. Dalia’s final role at P&G saw her serve as a global Marketing Director, one of the biggest directorship roles in Asia, helping to improve the company’s standing in Japan and Korea, and operating as part of the team leading the iconic 'Always Run Like a Girl' campaign. Following her departure from P&G, she held the position of CMO/Vice President of Marketing APAC at Electrolux, conducting an entire marketing evolution of the business from restructuring and systems change to digital transformation. In 2019, Dalia founded Flow Leadership Consulting to help leaders focus on happiness and resilience in the workplace, feminine leadership, and purpose-led branding. Building on these three key pillars, her marketing expertise, and academic background, she founded Uppiness in 2021, a game in which employees solve day-to-day issues using positive psychology interventions. Dalia currently serves as an external consultant for Deloitte, continuing her work on humanising workplaces and upholding psychological safety amongst teams, and is an Adjunct Professor for Positive Leadership at Singapore Management University.
Combining hands-on experience with a passion for implementing purpose and joy in the workplace, Dalia published her book ‘Lead Like a Girl’ to provide both women and men with the skills to lead with empathy, intuition and passion. As a result of her incredible work across the world of marketing, Dalia has won over a dozen internal and external awards for her contributions to global campaigns. She was awarded the ‘UK Advertising Award for best campaign, numerous Best Campaign awards, and multiple Cannes Lions Awards for the Tampax-winning digital campaign ‘Zack’, ‘Touch the Pickle’, and 'Always Run Like a Girl', which won 14 Cannes Lions Awards and was recently chosen as the most recalled Super Bowl advertisement of all time. Dalia became a certified leadership coach with the 'NeuroLeadership Institute' by the International Coaching Federation before receiving a certification as a teacher in the 'Science of Happiness' at the Happiness Studies Academy. She furthered her expertise by achieveing an Executive Masters in Counselling and Coaching for Change in Organisational Psychology with INSEAD.
Having witnessed the good, the bad, and the ugly of leadership, Dalia is dedicated to helping teams and leaders navigate uncertainty, AI disruption, and BANI environments. A sought-after speaker, her extensive leadership experience, amazing storytelling skills and academic rigour underscore her delivery of practical lessons and advice that ensure measurable impact.
