
Dr. Claudia Winkler is the founder, CEO and Lead Trainer at The Negotiation Academy, where she strives to provide interactive and actionable training across the globe. With over a decade of experience and an online clientele across 126 countries, Claudia is a widely sought-after keynote speaker who continuously inspires her audience.
Claudia began her career by gaining a Master’s degree and a Doctorate in European and International law from the University of Linz. In 2011, she began working as a Postdoctoral Scholar with an option for tenure at the Institute of European Law. She then pursued an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, where she trained extensively with the Harvard Negotiation Project, to develop her expertise. Throughout her career, Claudia has had various distinguished roles, including Legal Assistant at Edna Sussman, Lecturer at the University of Mekelle and Senior Consultant and Coach at The Trusted Negotiator.
In 2014, Claudia founded The Negotiation Academy, where she has since helped 4500+ lawyers and business professionals. She motivates others to boost their careers by helping them become confident in gaining the best possible deal for themselves or their client through negotiation. Claudia has delivered training and workshops in firms across Europe, the US, Australia, Latin America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
