Official Feedback From In-Person & Virtual Events:
"Charlotte delivered a truly outstanding closing keynote at The Inclusive Workplace Conference in November 2024, which left our audience hanging on her every word. Charlotte skillfully and passionately wove her own incredible, profoundly personal story with precisely the right data, evidence, very human case studies and practical insights; all of which landed exceptionally well with our audience of senior HR and DEI leaders. She demonstrated a powerful empathy and understanding of their priorities and challenges, and masterfully presented a relatable, compelling and fun session – it was a huge privilege to include her vital voice in the event and we can’t wait to work with her again in 2025." - Ursula Tavender and Madeleine Cole, Co-founders of The Inclusive Workplace
"I had the pleasure of hearing Charlotte deliver a keynote speech at The Inclusive Workplace Conference and it was an absolute masterclass in storytelling - packed full of practical insights that left us all with plenty to think about. And rather than centre only her story, she also shone a light on the humanity behind inclusive workplace practices- sharing stories of managers whose curiosity and compassion made a life-changing difference. As someone who specialises in speech and performance coaching, I was blown away by how quickly Charlotte connected with her audience, moving us from laughter to tears to action- and all with such ease. If you’re looking for a keynote speaker who connects with audiences and delivers both inspiration and substance, I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!" - Lucinda Worlock, Voice and Performance Coach
