Bruce is the CEO & Cofounder at FutureX, an international community of impact-driven leaders on a mission to empower the purposeful. Collaborating with global brands, governments and leaders to enable business leaders building a more sustainable, socially-conscious society. Through two international festivals, Startup Summit & Impact Summit, combined with an online resource platform, international leadership programmes in Edinburgh, Silicon Valley, London and Berlin, FutureX have worked with thousands of entrepreneurs and directly supported 32 tech for good companies who have since raised over £60 Million in investment. In 2011 from a high school classroom in Scotland, Bruce started his first business, WeAreTheFuture. At the age of 17 he already had a mission to inspire and connect entrepreneurs from around the world.
Working with over 5,000 entrepreneurs over a five year period, Bruce has delivered programmes and global summits in Edinburgh, London, Los Angeles, Chicago, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi and Shenzhen. He has also partnered with global brands like Apple, Virgin, Mastercard, KPMG and Google. Bruce was 19 when he delivered his first TEDx Talk discussing how people get ‘lucky’ and has gone on to deliver talks around the world on profit with purpose, startups, culture and international growth.
In 2017, aged 23 Bruce co-founded FutureX with a mission to transform all businesses into purpose driven and values-led organisations. FutureX works with purpose driven entrepreneurs, corporations and governments to create scalable and profitable businesses, that put values and purpose a core part of their growth strategy.
