During this time, she was also recognised for her creativity and impact, winning the Nilde Iotti Foundation Award for Intercultural Projects and the 1st Journalism Prize (Premio Multietnicità e Intercultura) from the Rome Municipality.
In 2016, Beatrice founded and served as the CEO of Balobeshayi, where she produced migration-related videos as part of an EU-funded academic research project. She later began hosting the 'thank god it's monday' podcast to explore business storytelling and creating positive company cultures. In 2023, she also founded and acted as CEO of The Business Storytelling Centre, a leadership development company designed to help organisations retain and attract staff. Most recently, Beatrice shared her valuable insights on business storytelling in her Amazon bestseller, 'Lead With Your Story: How to Turn Your Lived Experience Into Your Leadership Superpower,' and at the Omek Bicultural Summit in Amsterdam.
