Atif Choudhury is a renowned neurodiversity and inclusion speaker dedicated to social entrepreneurship and justice. As the co-founder & CEO of Calling All Minds, Atif works at the intersection of inclusion and technology, creating practical solutions to ensure everyone thrives.
Beginning his career in sales, Atif became a Senior Assistive Technology Trainer at the University of Westminster, building the foundations of knowledge that he would go on to implement throughout the rest of his career. During his time at the university, Atif co-founded and currently serves as campaigns director of Zaytoun, the world’s first Fair Trade Palestinian olive oil cooperative. In 2011, Atif co-founded Calling All Minds, an organisation committed to making inclusion scalable, ethical, and proactively human. Atif is also an adviser to the WHO Rapid Assistive Technologies Board and is a trustee of Disability Rights UK, one of the largest disability charities within the country.
As a result of his incredible work, Atif was appointed a judge for the Shaw Trust Disability Power 100 and served as a member of the advisory board for Neurodiversity in Business. A changemaker in the world of diversity and inclusion, Atif has supported over 100,000 individuals and over 200 organisations throughout his trailblazing career. Most recently, Atif delivered sessions at the Health and Wellbeing at Work conference in Birmingham, looking at why organisations should begin to expect different minds rather than just accommodating them.
With goals of reducing social and educational exclusion among disabled, neurodiverse, homeless, and racialised persons, Atif continues to push towards a world where barriers are dismantled and inclusion is taken seriously. His workshops, talks and conferences across the globe, combined with his lived experience, have made him a seasoned motivational speaker. Audiences leave enlightened on the importance of intersectionality, inclusive environments, and the prominence of mental health and global justice in all areas of life for marginalised communities.
