Annabel Dimmock is a two-time Ladies European Tour winner, best known for her incredible resilience and determination. Annabel made a triumphant return to competitive golf by winning the 2024 KPMG Women’s Irish Open, following a career-threatening thumb injury. As a speaker, Annabel shares her journey of perseverance, mental strength, and success on the international stage, inspiring audiences to overcome adversity and reach their full potential.
Annabel’s golfing journey began at just eight years old, when she was introduced to the sport by her father. Leaving school at sixteen to pursue golf full-time, she quickly became one of England’s brightest talents. As part of the England Golf National Girl’s Squad, Annabel represented Europe in the 2014 Junior Ryder Cup, Great Britain and Ireland in the 2014 Curtis Cup, and Great Britain at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics. Her amateur success included winning the 2014 Helen Holm Scottish Women's Open Championship and the Sunningdale Foursomes, partnering with Steven Brown. These early achievements laid the foundation for a professional career defined by focus, discipline, and resilience.
Since turning professional in 2015, Annabel has delivered outstanding performances on the Ladies European Tour. In 2019, she captured her first LET title with a one-shot victory at the Jabra Ladies Open at Evian Resort Golf Club. Her career highlights also include finishing third at the 2017 Lalla Meryem Cup and placing third in the 2020 LET Total Driving Distance Ranking. After undergoing surgery to remove a bone from her hand, Annabel defied the odds by returning to elite competition, where she secured her second LET title at the 2024 KPMG Women’s Irish Open in a dramatic playoff victory over Pauline Roussin-Bouchard. She has also proudly represented Team Europe at The Queens in 2017.
Annabel Dimmock is a compelling choice as a keynote speaker, offering valuable insights on resilience, mental toughness, and leadership.
