Andy Cook

Andy Cook is the Co-Founder of the TwentyTwenty charity and Chief Executive of the Centre for Social Justice (CSJ), with the responsibility of placing social justice at the forefront of British politics. Committed to helping young people across the Midlands, Andy is a treasure in the voluntary sector, versed in politics, social justice, strategy, business management and leadership.

Andy is the CSJ’s Chief Executive, responsible for making sure that the CSJ remains one of Westminster’s leading policy think tanks. Andy leads the CSJ team, setting the strategy and overseeing its implementation. Prior to joining the CSJ Andy co-founded the leading education charity, TwentyTwenty, growing it to be an organisation of regional prominence as well as national influence and developing a strategy for its national roll-out. In addition, under Andy’s leadership, TwentyTwenty picked up multiple high-profile charity awards and was named Charity of the Year by Lloyds Bank Foundation Charity Achievements Awards in London. The award-winning charity is currently running the Love4Life programme, empowering young people to build confidence and make positive choices in their relationships, education and health.

Andy’s other roles include being a judge for the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service, a board member of the National Council of Voluntary Organisations, a Trustee of Dallagio Rugby Works, and The Christopher Nieper Foundation and an advisor to several philanthropists and industry impact awards. Andy has become a unique voice in Westminster, supporting some of the most marginalised people in the UK.

With knowledge of topics surrounding social injustice, such as debt policy, addiction strategy, welfare reform, modern slavery and youth centre infrastructure, Andy is a first-rate speaker.
