Dr Andrea Firth-Clark is a leading specialist in the art of Sports Psychology. The owner and managing director of a company specialising in peak performance and psychology, Dr Andrea has become a popular choice as a speaker for a range of corporate events. As a speaker, Dr Andrea is booked for her knowledge in performance psychology and sharing her research methods into the detailed subject.

Best known for her talents as a Sports Psychologist, Dr Andrea is the owner and Managing Director of Headgame. Headgame is a leading peak performance coaching group, with Dr Andrea sitting at the helm leading the team in their missions to improve mental resilience and performance. Dr Andrea is also well known for lecturing at Greenwich University, being a Director of Sports Coaching with the Mayfair Coaching Partnership and a Member of the British Association of Sport Exercise Sciences.

Attending university, Andrea graduated with an Honours degree in Social Sciences and Psychology and an MSc degree in Sports Coaching. Since her education, Andrea has become an Accredited Professional Member of the International Coaching Institute and a British Psychological Society’s Qualification in Sport and Exercise Psychology supervisor. Having developed an avid understanding of the workings of the mind and how it can be manipulated to achieve peak performance, Andrea is also on the BPS Register of Applied Psychology Practitioners.

In her proficiency as a Sports Psychologist, Andrea has worked with several major clients. She had previously helped the likes of the National Women’s Team for Tennis Australia and Olympic Judo Athletes.
