Upon graduation, Tony quickly secured a role with Sitel, as a Telesales Consultant. Despite only being with the company for a year, he was celebrated as the top salesperson and was quickly promoted to a training position. Tony developed a training programme that ensured the success of others, material from which he continues to share in his keynote presentations. In 2002, Tony moved to What Matters to run the company's marketing campaigns, before progressing to Capscan in 2003. Tony spent over three years with Capscan, working as their Senior Account Manager. In this role, he trained telesales consultants and closed business deals worth over £7 million. In 2006, Tony established Tony Morris International, a bespoke corporate training firm that improves the quality of sales. As an author, trainer and sales speaker, he has spent over 10 years reviewing and improving business' sales process, to ultimately increase profits. From Estate Agents to Telemarketing, Tony has worked with a number of high profile to increase referrals by over 65% and conversions by over 40%. For Estate Agents, Tony has tripled their stock levels and helped sales employees to sell with ease.
