Tijana Tamburic

Tijana Tamburic is a former international model and the co-founder of the all-female creative agency, Female Narrative. The ground-breaking agency offers a feminine voice in a world dominated by masculine narratives, utilising the skill of over 100 creative women, including artists, directors, and poets. Boasting leading clients from female-founded b-corps, such as Bumble, Allbirds, The North Face, Merrell and Kiehl’s, Tijana is a prominent figure in the creative industry. Recently, she delivered an extremely impactful TEDx Talk titled, When My Masculine Met My Feminine and is now highly sought after for speaking engagements.

Since the age of 15, Tijana has been modelling for international brands, establishing herself as a leading international model. Alongside her work as a model, Tijana gained experience as a Games Maker for the International Olympic Committee, Cornerstone Publicity Intern for Random House, and Home Affairs Assisting Correspondent with The Telegraph before graduating from UCL with a degree in History. A brilliant storyteller, Tijana is also the co-founder of Modesty Comics, an interactive platform for comic authors and readers and a contemporary solution for distributing comics and graphic novels.

After ten years, she was unexpectedly dropped by her modelling agency for not being thin enough, which left her disenchanted with the system and resulted in her leaving the fashion industry. Tijana went on to build her revolutionary creative agency, with her model friend Franzi Klein. For her cutting-edge work empowering women in the creative industry, she was listed on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2019. During the following year, Tijana was invited to be a judge on the 2020 Forbes 30 Under 30 list, where she helped to select the brightest talent in the media and marketing world. In 2023, she was made a finalist at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. 

As the host of The Vulnerability Challenge podcast, Tijana documents her experience undertaking monthly challenges aimed at exploring vulnerability. The podcast has featured guests such as Boyd Varty, Omid Sabet, and Christophe Debard. She was also invited as a guest on the Lead Characters podcast. Moreover, with her dedication to creating a more diverse creative industry, Tijana allocates time to mentoring young women entering the industry. Having spoken at several panels and in front of over 2000 people, Tijana is an excellent orator, who is regularly booked for speaking engagements, where she addresses issues of femininity and masculinity.
