Tiffany’s educational qualifications include a BA in International Marketing Management from Bournemouth University and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology from University of East London. Soon after she worked as the Head of Marketing of the Cabinet Office, later becoming the Communications Director for the Cabinet Office. She then served as the Head of Communications for Central Office of Information where her main responsibilities included setting the UK Government digital policy.
