Highly educated, Tara received a Master’s degree in International Public/ Non-Profit Management & Policy from New York University and an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oxford. Having worked as a Graduate Research Associate for the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Tara worked as a Consultant at FINCA International before assuming the position of Consultant for The World Bank.
