Having forged a distinguished career encompassing technology, Dr Ayesha’s career was established through her education of a PhD in Information Systems at LSE. In her PhD, Ayesha studied smart city information infrastructures, which blossomed her passions for how technology can positively impact our future. Her illustrious career began working as a Senior Advisor for Fitzgerald Analytics Inc, before adopting roles of Steering Committee Member of the Ministry of Education Singapore, Editorial Director of The Economist and CEO of The Keys Academy. With a deep passion for tech, Ayesha was also formerly the Co-Founder and Director of the Hybrid Reality Institute, an organisation focused on human-technology co-evolution. In 2017, Ayesha became the co-founding CEO of Addo, an AI solutions firm, which under her powerful leadership has been named one of Asia’s Four Leading Artificial Intelligence Companies by Forbes.

Aside from her commitments to Addo, Ayesha has also been a prolific board member. Most recently, she has become a Board Member of Johnson Controls and a Scientific Advisory Board Member of L’Oreal, sharing her world-class advisory on all aspects of new technologies, the changing consumer and disruptive innovation. She has also formerly been a Board Member of NEOM, the Health Promotion Board of the Singapore Government, the Infocomm Media Development Authority of the Singapore Government, AVEVA and of Sport Singapore for the Singapore Government.
