Stoyan Yankov is a world-renowned productivity and performance consultant who has delivered impactful presentations in over 35 countries. Named one of the Top 20 Best Coaches in Copenhagen, Stoyan helps leading organisations develop high-performance cultures, boost productivity and build cohesive teams. Highly sought-after, he has consulted for over 450 companies, including workshops, coaching programs, training and executive coaching. Aspiring to be a Wall Street Banker, Stoyan enrolled at the University of Varna to earn a BSc in Economics. He then moved to Denmark to gain an MSc in Finance from Aarhus University. However, deciding to follow his passion for video and movie production, he became a Partner and Producer at BBG Films. Stoyan joined Gaffa Media as a Producer and Project Manager in 2014 before becoming a Partner and Producer at Level Up Pictures. In 2015, he joined Next Media Accelerator, a premium accelerator for scalable companies in the media industry, as a Startup Mentor and Advisor. A talented producer, he has worked on over 500 productions with local and Hollywood industry leaders, winning over 50 awards.

Stoyan became a Productivity and Performance Coach with Startup Wise Guys in 2016 before co-founding Samodiva Masterminds, an offsite retreat service specialising in employee well-being and productivity. He then co-founded The Leaders Who Care and launched the Productivity Mastery podcast, featuring several distinguished guests, including the founder of Reebok, the former president of Starbucks and many award-winning authors. In addition to developing the PERFORM methodology, Stoyan is co-author of PERFORM: The Unsexy Truth about Success.
