Graduating from Ghent University in Applied Economics and Marketing, Steven began his career as a Senior Consultant for InSites. Working his way up the organisation, it wasn’t long before Steven was appointed as Director of Brand & Conversation Research and Managing Partner of InSites Consulting. Working with the firm for 12 years, Steven then went on to hone his skills as an international keynote speaker and worked as a Professor at Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, before co-founding his businesses Zembro, Snackbytes and Nexxworks in 2015.
Outside of his own businesses, Steven also dedicates time as a board member to several other organisations. He has been a board member of Hello Customer, Plan International Belgium and of his companies Snackbytes and Nexxworks. Steven has also been a Partner & Strategic Advisor for Intracto Digital Agency.
