Sinan Canan

Sinan Canan is the Founder of Open Brain Education & Consultancy, a training and research centre that aims to help people live a good life in the modern world. A YouTuber, author and television host, Sinan is also an academic, serving as a faculty member and professor at some of the most prominent institutions in Turkey.

Sinan possesses a degree from the Hacattepe University, a Master’s degree and a PhD from Ondokus Mayis University. Passionate about neuroscience, Sinan has dedicated his career teaching people about the mind. Throughout his career, Sinan has worked at several educational institutions in prominent capacities. He has been an Assistant Professor at the Ankara Baskent University, Faculty Member at Turgut Ozal University and Head of Department of Medical Physiology at the Yildirim Beyazit University. In 2016, he became a Professor in the Department of Psychology at the Uskudar University.
