Sarah Macklin is a leading specialist in nutrition, having become a Registered Associate Nutritionist recognised by the Association for Nutrition. With an in-depth understanding of the effect of nutrition on everyday life and wellbeing of all, Sarah is now booked as a speaker for a range of corporate and public events to share her expertise on the latest health news- with previous clients including the likes of Sweaty Betty, Bulgari, OG Science and Wellbeing, High Mood Food and the Soil Association.
Widely known for her expertise in nutrition, Sarah has achieved both an HND in Health & Nutrition and a First Class Honours Bachelors Degree in Human Nutrition. Such achievements have seen Sarah go on to be the founder and CEO of Be Well Collective, a non-profit organisation that aims to reduce the effects of anxiety, eating disorders, depression and mental health issues. So far, Sarah and the Be Well Collective have helped over 670 young people and continue to provide, in some cases, lifesaving services.
Sarah has also launched the Live Well, Be Well podcast in which she discusses a variety of issues from being fooled by food labels to having a healthy relationship with alcohol. She is also a nutritionist for ROC Private Clinic and a Contributing Wellness Editor for the Evening Standard. Outside of nutrition, Sarah has also worked as a fashion model signed to Women Management and Select Model Management. During her time as a model, she has been featured in the likes of Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue and modelled for the likes of Burberry, Ralph Lauren and Dolce & Gabbana.
With a successful career as a model and nutritionist behind her, Sarah has now become a popular choice to have speak at corporate events or on panels. In 2018, Sarah was invited to deliver her findings on the dietary guidelines and the link to type 2 diabetes in front of the European Parliament, solidifying her knowledge of the effect that nutrition has on the day to day life of all human beings.
