Rita W Bologna is an award-winning businesswoman and inspirational speaker. As the CEO and founder of The Good Global Group, a leading publishing, digital marketing and PR company based in London, she developed and led The Good Titles, which included The Good Property Guide, The Good Travel Guide, and The Good Wedding Guides. As a speaker, Rita empowers diverse audiences by sharing her story of resilience and success, delivering impactful keynotes at prestigious venues such as the University of Westminster and Drapers’ Hall.
In 2003, Rita served as an editor at Time Publishing, where she contributed to the editorial direction of the magazine. This foundation in publishing would lay the groundwork for her later success as the founder of The Good Global Group. For her innovation and entrepreneurship, Rita later won the Business Woman of the Year at the Newsquest Newspaper Awards. With a passion for philanthropy, Rita became a Freeman of The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists in 2019 and later received The Freedom of the City of London award for her impact and commitment. Rita has also worked with the AWRC as a Trustee and Board Director, where she chaired and launched their new shelter and drove collaborations with government officials and community leaders.
In 2020, Rita became a patron of The Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs, an organisation created to support and connect entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, and was recently appointed the Senior Warden. Alongside this, she is a Board Member of Strategic Growth and Governance for Venture Catalyst, where she guides early-stage and high-growth companies.
