In 1993, Hill made his professional debut with Saracens, a move that kickstarted his illustrious career. Since retiring from professional play in 2008, Hill has remained prominent in the sport, and has dedicated much of his time to developing international players, as well as acting as the England Saxons team manager on occasion.
