Rebecca Maree is a writer, producer and presenter. Originally from Australia, Rebecca started working in the entertainment industry when she was just 21 years old. Since moving from Australia, Rebecca has performed at leading comedy venues across the UK, including Forge Comedy, Komedia, Hot Water Comedy Club, Glee Comedy Club and Top Secret Comedy Club, and regularly hosts her own live show, 'In Conversation With…' a chaotic, no-holds-barred interview show with celebrities in front of an audience. She's been shortlisted for comedy competitions such as Ricky Gervais' Spirit of Comedy competition last year, So You Think You're Funny and the Funny Women Awards. Alongside stand-up, Rebecca writes, produces and stars in her own online sketches, often drawing on her real-life experiences and turning them into bold, comedic storytelling.
With an infectious and humorous personality, Rebecca can both uplift and inspire an audience. During her talks about mental health and grief, she does not feed the audience any lies but instead ensures they feel they are not alone, and she educates them on how to deal with their own grief. As a strong woman, she can also help women navigate the world of being a ‘girl boss’, encouraging to live their best life. If your corporation is in need of a speaker or MC who specialises on mental health, grief, being a female boss and trauma, or you are doing an event that requires an interviewee, hire Rebecca Maree. She has experience in hosting her own events, as well as interviewing a range of people from celebrities to influencers.
