Leadership: Empowering Others for Collective Impact

As an award-winning campaigner whose work has delivered ground-breaking campaigns that have shaped public discourse and driven meaningful change across human rights, mental health, and social change, Jude is known for bringing people together and motivating them into action — turning complex and often sensitive issues into moments of collective understanding and impact. As the founder and director of Trans+ Solidarity Alliance, Jude has built a successful human rights organisation responsible for landmark moments, including historic firsts within UK Parliament, while mobilising politicians, public figures, celebrities, and community voices across their work and campaigns.

This session explores:

  • Leadership as collective empowerment, motivating people without relying on hierarchy
  • Empathy as a leadership skill, strengthening trust, communication, and decision-making
  • Adaptive leadership — knowing when to stand with, stand behind, and when to step forward

Mental Health and Wellbeing: Reframing Resilience and Emotional Wellbeing

This session draws on Jude’s story of survival and growth, shaped by lived experience of complex trauma, addiction recovery, and early mental health challenges, alongside over 13 years of advocacy and education work. Beginning with the Amy Winehouse Foundation Resilience Programme, Jude has since worked across education, human rights, and organisational settings, transforming lived experience into insight that helps others navigate pressure, burnout, and self-esteem. Through personal storytelling and practical reflection, the session explores mental health, emotional regulation, and the difference between resilience and endurance, inviting audiences to rethink strength, support, and how wellbeing is sustained over time.

This session explores:

  • Burnout, stress, and nervous system overwhelm
  • Emotional regulation and building sustainable resilience
  • Maintaining wellbeing while navigating pressure and responsibility

Neurodivergence: From Shame to Self-Empowerment

This session explores neurodivergence through Jude’s lived and professional experience as an ADHD and dyslexic individual diagnosed in adulthood, and their work supporting people to better understand how they think, learn, and regulate. Drawing on years of feeling “not good enough” in traditional education systems — and later reframing those experiences into strengths — the session focuses on moving from frustration and self-blame to self-understanding and empowerment. Jude shares practical approaches for working with neurodivergent brains rather than against them, helping individuals recognise their strengths, reduce shame, and build systems that support focus, confidence, and wellbeing.

This session explores:

  • Understanding ADHD and dyslexia beyond deficit-based narratives
  • Reframing neurodivergent traits into strengths and talents
  • Practical tools for emotional regulation, focus, self-talk, and learning styles
  • Finding personal outlets, communication methods, and ways of working that actually fit

Influence-d: Protecting Mental Health in a Shifting Social Media Landscape

This session draws on Jude’s lived experience of working in the public eye and navigating life online to explore how social media can shape — and distort — identity and self-worth. A TikTok Trailblazer and Voice for Change nominee, Jude brings an honest, informed perspective on visibility, comparison culture, algorithm-driven pressure, and social media contingent self-esteem, also session also tailored for young people growing up online.

This session explores:

  • The pressures of visibility, comparison, and validation in digital spaces
  • How algorithms, misinformation, and regulation shape belief, behaviour, and wellbeing
  • Reclaiming agency, boundaries, and self-worth beyond likes, followers, and engagement

LGBTQIA+ Awareness and Trans Inclusion

This session supports participants to develop a grounded, informed understanding of LGBTQIA+ experiences, diversity, and inclusion, drawing on lived experience and practical application. Rather than focusing on fear of “getting things wrong,” Jude helps participants build confidence by exploring how language, culture, and everyday behaviour shape belonging, safety, and connection in real-world settings.

This session explores:

  • Understanding LGBTQIA+ experiences and inclusion through lived realities and evidence
  • Moving from fear to building confidence through self-reflection, empathy, and practical ways to embed inclusion
  • How everyday actions, language, and allyship shape inclusion, safety, and belonging
