Perry’s career began as an Administrative & Higher Executive Officer at Northampton County Court, holding the position for 14 years, after which he assumed responsibility as a Stakeholder Manager at the Department for Constitutional Affairs. Perry’s resume is rife with prominent positions in leading organisations.

Perry has been a Learning & Development Advisory Group Member at the CIPD, an Associate at The Work Foundation and a Certified Consultant & Coach at WorldBlu. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Hult International Business School and a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management. Perry’s illustrious career has equipped him with an in-depth understanding of workplaces and HR systems. He is the author of “Transformational HR” and “The Energised Workplace”, the latter of which was shortlisted as the UK Business Book of the Year in 2021.
