Pepi Sappal

Pepi Sappal is a global communications leader, known for championing workplace inclusion, wellbeing and responsible business. With over 30 years of experience in international journalism and corporate communications, Pepi has worked closely with senior leaders and led global PR efforts during phases of growth, transformation, and reputation management. She was a former diversity columnist for The Wall Street Journal and editor for multiple business publications. In 2019, Pepi founded Fair Play Talks, a media platform designed to encourage more responsible business and inclusive workplaces.
