Paul Brunson

Paul Brunson is a global leader in relationship science. He is best known for co-hosting the extremely popular TV shows “Married at First Sight UK” and “Celebs Go Dating”. With his unique blend of expertise, charisma, and practical wisdom, Paul transforms how we approach and experience love. 

Paul’s career began in investment banking before he transitioned to matchmaking, this provided him with a solid foundation in business and finance. His career in matchmaking began in 2009 when he founded The Paul C. Brunson Agency. His award-winning matchmaking agency has served over 1,000 clients directly. His entrepreneurial journey has equipped him with valuable insights on leadership, strategic planning, and business development. Since Paul has gone on to co-host on the Oprah Winfrey Network’s “Lovetown, USA”. Paul’s experience in the media has honed his communication skills, allowing him to engage with audiences confidently. 

Outside of his work in TV, Paul is an accomplished author. He has written two books that offer insights into building and maintaining healthy relationships. His first book “It’s Complicated (But It Doesn’t Have to Be): A Modern Guide to Finding and Keeping Love” focuses on developing self-awareness before seeking love and building communication skills and emotional intelligence. His second book "How to Navigate Love and Discover the Right Partner for You", published in 2024 draws on his extensive experience as a relationship expert and his role as Head of Global Research for Tinder. This book offers a comprehensive guide to understanding and thriving in today’s dating landscape. 

Outside of his work as a matchmaker, Paul has founded and chairs “Give Love, Build Hope,” a non-profit organisation that focuses on transforming schools in rural areas of the Caribbean. He also became the co-owner of Sutton United Football Club in 2024.
