Paul Brunson is a global leader in relationship science. He is best known for co-hosting the extremely popular TV shows “Married at First Sight UK” and “Celebs Go Dating”. Paul has been invited to share his insights across media, appearing on some of the nation's most iconic media programs like Good Morning America, Lorraine, Steph’s Packed Lunch, The New York Times and The Guardian. His second book, "Find Love: How to Navigate Love and Discover the Right Partner for You", published in 2024, drew on his extensive experience as a relationship expert and his role as Head of Global Research for Tinder. In 2025, he followed it up with 'Keep Love: 21 Truths for a Long-Lasting Relationship'. 

For his incredible services to the field, Paul was named the World's Most Influential Matchmaker by the Matchmaking Institute and given an Honorary Icon Award at the UK Entertainment Awards. Outside of his work as a matchmaker, Paul founded and chairs “Give Love, Build Hope,” a non-profit organisation that focuses on transforming schools in rural areas of the Caribbean. He also became the co-owner of Sutton United Football Club in 2024 and introduced the Amber Army 100 initiative to foster a diverse and engaged fan base. Paul is an avid podcast host, hosting the 'Better with Paul' Podcast in 2020. In 2024, he collaborated with Dragon Den's Steven Bartlett and his company Flight Studio to create the 'We Need To Talk' podcast.
