Gaining her education at Iowa State University, Olga has a Bachelors degree, Masters and several professional certificates, such as the Executive Scholar Award from the Kellogg School of Management. Embarking on her professional career, Olga has worked across the full spectrum of technology positions, from Lab Engineer at Hewlett Packard to Associate Professor of Computer Science and her later senior roles including Group CIO for Grupo Bancolumbia. Such a versatile and established career history has led Olga to become a sought after speaker valuable for a range of corporate audiences.

Currently, when she’s not spearheading C&S or supporting in her role as Independent Director or Advisor to several boards, Olga is sharing global keynote talks.
