Nisha Menon

Nisha Menon is a former Medical Microbiologist turned entrepreneur, having managed leading food businesses for well over a decade. Currently the founder of Jack & Chill and the Director of Nikasu Food, Nisha is a prominent entrepreneur within the food industry and now has her own YouTube channel on which she educates viewers on everything from marketing and distribution strategies to importing food. Now booked as a speaker to share her entrepreneurial expertise, Nisha is a favourite amongst schools, universities and industry events.

Beginning her career as an Admissions Officer for the Universal Empire Group, Nisha was originally trained with a Bachelors Degree in Medical Microbiology. She later went on to become an Account Manager and Credit Controller for IPH Group and a Credit Controller for British Telecom, building her expertise in the functioning of a business and management. In 2010, Nisha undertook food hygiene qualifications and became the Director of Nikasu Foods, a leading food enterprise that specialises in the manufacturing of Indian frozen and dry food.

With some of their best selling ranges including samosas, spring rolls and coconut products, Nisha took her expertise in food and founded her own business- Jack & Chill. Jack & Chill is a company passionate about creating delicious and flavoursome meals from jackfruit, with Nisha sitting at the helm of the company’s operations. Commended for showing ‘upbeat resilience’, Nisha is an inspiration to many other budding entrepreneurs and is considered an expert within the food industry.
