Nicky Hambleton-Jones is a celebrated personal stylist, television presenter and keynote speaker, best known as the charismatic host of Channel 4’s ‘10 Years Younger’. Recognised for her bold fashion choices and relatable personality, Nicky has become one of the UK’s most trusted voices on confidence, style and positive ageing. Born in South Africa, Nicky originally pursued a career in health and wellbeing, earning an honours degree in dietetics before launching her own private practice in Cape Town. Keen to further develop her business knowledge, she later completed a postgraduate business course at Wits Business School. In 1996, Nicky moved to London and began working as a marketing consultant in the city. However, after being made redundant in 2001, she chose to reinvent her career completely and founded her own personal styling consultancy, NHJ Style. What began as a career setback quickly became the foundation for her future success. Nicky recognised the powerful connection between image, confidence and opportunity, developing a philosophy centred on helping people become the very best version of themselves.

Nicky’s career breakthrough came in 2003 when she became the presenter of Channel 4’s ‘10 Years Younger’, one of Britain’s most iconic makeover programmes. Her honest advice, transformational styling expertise and approachable personality made her hugely popular with viewers across the UK. Since then, she has continued to establish herself as one of the country’s leading style experts, appearing on numerous television programmes including ITV’s ‘This Morning’, where she fronts the popular ‘Drop A Decade’ segment. Alongside her broadcasting success, Nicky founded the NHJ Style Academy in 2008, providing training for aspiring stylists and retail professionals. She is also the author of five successful books, including ‘10 Years Younger’, ‘How To Look Gorgeous’ and her latest release, ‘Bolder Not Older’, published in 2025. In addition to her television and publishing work, Nicky serves as Fashion Director at Platinum Magazine UK and is a Style Ambassador for Sarah Haran Bags. Her work has been featured across major publications including OK! Magazine, Closer and Platinum Magazine.
