Prioritising education throughout his career, Navid has studied at some of the world's most prestigious institutions, including Harvard Law School and the University of Cape Town. Navid even finished second out of his entire cohort during his Master's in International Management/Foreign Trade at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. Starting in Human Resources, Navid worked as a HR manager at Adidas Group and a regional HR business partner at BAT in 2009. He additionally sat on advisory panels, including the Harvard Business Review's Advisory Council and McKinsey's Executive Panel. For his impactful work, Navid was awarded the Developing HR Talent in a Matrix Organisation Award from the Corporate Executive Board in 2013. Sharing his expertise, Navid held lecturing positions at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and Hochschule Hof University of Applied Sciences. The coming years would see Navid continue to help large companies, becoming the Global Head of HR for Vodafone in 2014.
