Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson is a leadership coach, author, and trailblazing AI entrepreneur. As co-founder of Yeti.ai, an innovative incubator created to launch new businesses every 10 weeks, Mike is actively building collaborative relationships with tech founders to help them navigate disruption, pressure and change with ease. 

Beginning his career within the media and journalism space, Mike served as Managing Director of Metro and the London Evening Standard, playing an integral part in the launch of the former and the turnaround of the latter. Following these ventures, he became the MD of The Sun and News of the World before founding his own app development and consultancy service, Chelsea Apps. After eight years of assisting organisations such as Waitrose, BP, PWC, KPMG and more, Mike successfully exited the company in 2018, moving into professional mentoring and advisory services. He became the CEO of DOTTT, assisting business performance from the C-Suite level to entrepreneurs. Mike has acted as an advisor for several companies, such as Wavelength, FTI Consulting, Imagine AR Inc, and The News Movement. He is a Private investor in Tribes Studio and KLIQ and currently serves as Associate Founder of Yeti.ai. 

To bolster his impact, Mike is a TPC Accredited Mentor and Coach with The Portfolio Collective, underscoring his ability to guide leaders to success with clarity, pace and energy. Culminating his expertise, he is also the author of the forthcoming book, ‘Serious Fun in Business: A Human Algorithm’, which explores his idea of the ‘human algorithm’ – the blend of bravery, ingenuity and acumen leaders need to conduct important work without losing themselves.
