Lubna’s career is built on a strong academic foundation, she has a BSc in Mathematics from the University of York and a MBA in Finance from Bayes Business School, Lubna began her career as a mathematician in the petroleum industry before moving into the world of investment banking. However, with a vision to help people reach their full potential, Lubna set off on a new path where she immersed herself in holistic practices and disciplines. In 2016, Lubna became the founder and CEO of HigherWill, where she brings that blend of ancient wisdom pared with evidence-based psychology and coaching to help individuals and organisations become more empowered and resilient, and to help individuals reach their full potential to lead more purposeful lives. A member of the Board of The Healing Trust, Lubna is part of their research team currently working with University of Northampton to study the impact of energy on physical and mental wellbeing.
