
Louise Troen is an established marketer with an abundance of experience creating brand growth across the world. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Clue, Louise’s experience spans partnerships, PR, talent management, and content creation, resulting in a unique perspective across all aspects of marketing. Having worked with globally renowned brands such as Bumble, Google, Converse, Uniqlo, and Headspace, Louise is an inspiration to all.
After studying Sociology and Philosophy at the University of Bristol, Louise began her career working as a Senior Account Executive at Freuds. In 2012, after moving to LA, she spent time serving as Director of Communications at Miller PR, working with A-list talent such as Paris Hilton. Following her success, Louise became the Vice President of Marketing at Bumble in 2017, where she coined the way to bring the business to an international audience through her immense marketing skills. She was a key figurehead for the company, leading campaigns that immensely grew the brand in EMEA and APAC.
After leaving Bumble, she has had various influential roles, including Vice President of Marketing at Headspace, where she led partnerships with Nike and Raheem Sterling, along with effectively launching the business to the Indian market. Following this, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Reveri Health, Brand and Growth Consultant at Superhuman and part of the Creative Advisory Group at Comic Relief. In 2023, she was recognised as Brand Innovator’s CMO of the Week for her pioneering work.
With her can-do attitude, she always strives to grow and be the best possible version of herself. She has shared her insight with a Keynote at FashionTech 2019, along with being a guest on Vogue's ‘Unsubscribe the Podcast’. Louise consistently speaks passionately about the power that storytelling, community and content have at the core of successful consumer brands within marketing. Her growth mindset motivates individuals and teams across the world to grow their brand by leading with empathy and cultural relevance.
