As Founder & Group Head of Internal Communications & Engagement at Where to Look Communications, Kate is focussed on improving corporate communication, change management, leadership visibility, and business strategy education. In addition to working with a myriad of prominent organisations, Kate is also educating people about effective communications strategies through her work as a keynote speaker.
With a Postgraduate Degree in Internal Communication Management from Kingston University, Kate worked in public relations, corporate & external communications before she shifted focus to internal communications. Her career is rife with prominent positions such as Internal Communications & Intranet Manager for EasyJet, Head of Internal Communications for Public Health England, Infosys, Sage & Global Head of Internal Communications for Foundry. Her illustrious career has informed her knowledge of developing communication campaigns and global communication channels.
With a special interest in supporting neurodivergent employees, being a mother of two neurodivergent children herself, Kate is popularly known as The Neuroinclusion Navigator. She is dedicated to improving recruitment processes and organisational operations to include the neurodiverse. She specialises in communications with colleagues with ADHD and autism and ensures that candidates thrive in all areas of business. Today, she advises businesses about their internal communications strategies, leadership visibility and recruitment.
