Josue Louis is a keynote speaker and high-performance coach who helps individuals and organisations shift from chasing results to becoming the people their goals require. His work centres on a single principle: lasting performance doesn't come from better strategies, it comes from changing who you are.
Josue's expertise is anchored in elite athletics. He was a member of the Haitian National Team for the 2012 Olympic Games in London and now competes for Team USA. A two-time World Champion, four-time World Indoor medalist, and current World Record Holder in the Indoor 60m Hurdles (7.85 seconds), he holds four USATF Masters National Champion titles and is ranked #1 globally in the Masters 60m Hurdles. He will represent Team USA at the 2026 WMA Masters World Track and Field Championships in Daegu, South Korea. During his competitive career at Temple University (where he is a Hall of Fame candidate), Josue earned degrees in Sport, Tourism and Hospitality and African American Studies while securing victories across multiple championships, including first-place finishes in both the high jump and 60m hurdles at the Delaware Invitational.
Beyond competition, Josue has built a career translating high-performance principles into practical frameworks for leadership and execution. He has coached athletes at Duke Athletics and Cerritos College, led brand marketing and performance coaching at Gloveworx, and served as a leadership coach with MITT since 2017. His approach moves audiences beyond motivation and into transformation by addressing belief systems, identity, and the standards required to sustain excellence under pressure.
Josue's signature talks ("Becoming Who Your Goals Require," "Performance Isn't Chased, It's Lived," and "From Belief to Execution") deliver clear, actionable insights for corporate leaders, sales teams, student-athletes, and professionals navigating high-stakes environments. His delivery combines technical precision with authentic storytelling, offering transparency into what it actually takes to perform at the highest level.
