Jonathan Garner is an expert in web development and user experience design. In his early career, Jonathan worked in design roles such as a Framing Workshop Manager for Dyson Art and an Interface Designer for Therapy Box. Throughout most of his career, Jonathan has used his knowledge and creativity to deliver education experiences to others. Holding the role of Senior Teacher and Product Designer for Decoded Ltd for many years, Jonathan constantly used his expertise to help and educate. During his time in this role, Jonathan designed and provided live education experiences to companies including Visa, Unilever, Philips and Nike, where he would cover topics such as Code, Innovation, Machine Learning, and Blockchain.
After realising he was spending a considerable amount of time on social media, Jonathan began his organisation with the intention of helping himself and others to achieve a better relationship with technology. Jonathan channelled his expertise as a designer into his later role as CEO of Mind Over Tech, taking a creative approach. For example, Mind Over Tech created and use a card deck called The Digital Habit Lab. The aim of this being to target the problem directly in an interactive and engaging way. Jonathan is also a Partner of Mosaic Collective, an organisation that aims to help businesses to understand and apply the correct technology to their projects.
