Jason Sosa is a futurist and AI technologist who helps leaders understand how agentic AI and intelligent systems are reshaping organisations, industries and the future of work. As Founder and CEO of Orchestrator, he builds enterprise-ready AI that moves beyond basic automation into autonomous, decision making systems that augment teams and improve productivity. He is best known for building and exiting three technology startups, including a venture backed AI business, turning that experience into clear, practical keynotes for senior audiences.

Jason’s route into technology is rooted in doing, building and learning fast. He began working with AI decades ago, starting in computer vision, long before the technology became mainstream. That early focus gave him a rare perspective on what has changed, what has stayed the same, and where the next wave of AI is heading. Along the way, he developed his leadership and communication skills through structured training in human behaviour and performance, then translated that into confident, high impact speaking. 

Across his career, Jason has combined entrepreneurship, product leadership and advisory work at the frontier of AI and emerging technology. He is the former Founder and CEO of IMRSV, a computer vision and AI company that built real time face detection and emotion recognition for enterprise use, later acquired by Kairos. His work has earned major recognition, including being named a Time Magazine Top Startup in New York and appearing on the Bloomberg TechStars TV show, giving him credibility with both innovators and board level decision makers. He has also been featured in major media including Forbes, CNN, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, and he has helped raise and structure over $100 million for technology projects. He has held senior roles including Chief Technology Officer at Futuri, and he has advised startups, enterprises and public sector organisations on technology strategy, growth and responsible adoption.
