In 1986, she began her successful tenure with GlaxoSmithKline, working in a variety of roles from Group Director of Neurobehavioral Research and Senior Pharmacologist to Programme Manager of Pharmaceuticals. Before long, Jackie reached top managerial positions at GSK, initially working as the VP of Biology, before being promoted to Senior VP, Head of Neurology & GI CEDD for GSK.
