Jack Green is a renowned double Olympian and performance coach who has spent over a decade helping others to perform at their best. On the track, Jack represented Great Britain in the 400 metre hurdles and the 4x400 metre relay at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games. He has won European titles and World Championship medals, making him an inspirational keynote speaker who shares his journey through performance, leadership, mental health and more.
After his influential performance at the Olympic Games, Jack was diagnosed with depression, bipolar tendencies and anxiety, leading him to develop his knowledge and become a mental health expert. This insight led him to approach performance on a level beyond sport and support mental health reform for elite athletes through his work with the House of Commons. After retiring from professional sport at 28, Jack developed his international coaching career working with elite track and field athletes, including national record holders. world champions and Olympic medallists.
With his extensive experience, Jack moved to corporate leadership as the Global Wellbeing Lead at the BBC during COVID-19 for 10,000 employees across global offices. Additionally, he served as Head of Performance and Commercial at Champion Health UK, followed by roles at Walking on Earth and Bring Your 'A-GAME'. Throughout these roles, Jack guided teams with practical tools for resilience, mindset and sustainable success.
As a mental health advocate, Jack has represented YoungMinds, where he shares his insight.
