Felix Hovsepian

Felix Hovsepian has built a credible career as a business consultant, Chief Technical Officer of high-profile companies and as a professor at various educational establishments. Throughout his career, Felix has worked at a technical level and in various tiers of managerial roles in organisations. Having worked across Europe and the USA, Felix has experience of academia and commercial sectors and has helped various organisations to explore the ever-changing landscape of technology.

A highly educated individual, Felix has qualifications such as a Bachelor’s Degree in Pure Mathematics, a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Mathematical Physics and a PhD in Computer Science. With such a strong education behind him, Felix has been able to secure roles with various high-profile companies and enrich future generations at various educational establishments. After completing his education, Felix began his career as a Management Consultant at Deloitte in 1979. Here he forged the beginning of his credible consultancy career and allowed him to build invaluable business skills and knowledge.

Felix then moved on to become a Principal Consultant for Parallax Group PLC and a founding member of Sentient LTD. As of 1994, Felix began to forge his reputation for knowledge of technology, becoming a Software Engineer for The SQL Group in 1994. Various other technical focused roles followed, including a technical consultant for Altris Software, IT Project Manager for Apollo Group, CTO for Cygnus Technologies and CTO for the Merlin Institute of Science & Technology. He also became a member of the Board of Advisors for the Valley Advisory Board. He also held the role of Chief Technical Officer at Zemantix, where he worked to provide executive-level tech support and specialised in disruptive and innovative technology.

He has also worked independently as a Chief Technical Officer and a C-Suite Advisor on Emerging Technologies. Having built a strong level of knowledge with various organisations, Felix took his services independent and helped organisations to solve the implications of technical decisions and to establish strong technological strategies. He has also helped various stakeholders to navigate the ever-changing technology sector and the emerging technologies that will make an impact on their business.

Outside of his consultancy work, Felix has also worked at a number of educational establishments. Felix first channelled his interests into education back in 1998, joining the University of Phoenix on the distinguished faculty and as a member of their academic board. He then went on to become a professor of informatics at the Western International University. He has also enriched students as a professor at the University of Potomac and a guest lecturer at the Warwick Business School located at the University of Warwick. Continually pioneering technology and innovation, Felix has also acted as a research project advisor at the Birmingham City University and as a guest speaker at the University of Warwick.

Today, Felix is the founder of Blue Manifold Ltd, where he provides a range of keynote speeches and presentations. Sharing his experience of system design, development and areas of research he has completed, Felix is an intellectual speaker who engages all kinds of audiences.
