Faith’s speaking career began at Shell, while overseeing the company’s digital transformation in-person and online across Europe, Africa, and the US. In 2014, she founded global personal and professional consultancy, Transformation21st Limited, having since helped thousands of people from 75 countries to improve their lives through more than 150 masterclasses and webinars and 10,000-plus coaching hours. She has worked with Karren Brady’s Women in Tech in Business, Unilever, Burberry, Ministry of Justice, NHS, The British Red Cross, SSAFA, Kingston Business School and UEL, and Black Young Professionals Network. By 2019, Faith had published her book, Transform Within, highly praised for its inspiring take on personal transformation.
She has spoken alongside Baroness Karren Brady and Steven Bartlett and delivered an in-person event at Karren Brady’s Women in Business & Tech Expo at London Excel to over 5,000 participants. Additionally, Faith is well-versed in interviewing global leaders on panels, having done so for International Women’s Day and Black History Month. In 2023, she made an appearance on ITV Meridian News to advocate for natural hair in the workplace, and in 2024, delivered an inspiring TEDx talk, Reclaim Your Self Confidence, in Cambridge. Furthermore, she has hosted her own podcast, The Faith Ruto Show, available on Spotify and well-known global platforms. A social activist for gender and race equality, Faith has volunteered as a UN Women UK delegate at CSW 67/68 convention, too.
