Errol Doebler is a distinguished former Navy SEAL and FBI Agent who, over many years of service, gained a wealth of knowledge and experience leading his teams in some of the most high-pressure situations imaginable. After leaving the FBI, Errol’s career shifted and he Founded Leader 193, a Leadership consulting firm. When hired as a speaker, Errol is able to share these leadership skills he developed to educate companies and organisations on how to establish their own leadership language to maximise their productivity and ensure a harmonious workplace culture.
After graduating from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD in 1991, Errol served as an Assistant Operations Officer onboard the USS Monongahela. Showing his natural ability to lead a team, he then became the Assistant Platoon Commander at SEAL Team FOUR, and then quickly rose to become the Platoon Commander at Seal Team ONE. After eight years as a Navy SEAL, Errol then spent time in sales as a Sales Representative and Sales Manager with Océ – A Canon Company. A life filled with action was too enticing and Errol then joined the FBI in 2003. Over his 13-year career with the FBI, Errol Investigated International Terrorism Organisations and was a member of the FBI’s New York SWAT Team.
Due to his unique past and specialised expertise, whilst serving for the FBI Errol was also part of the United States Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment and was deployed to Afghanistan in 2010. Whilst in Afghanistan Errol has to use all of his experience gained from his successful career in extensive combat operations. For his actions in the battlefield, he was presented with the prestigious Shield of Bravery, the FBI’s second highest award for valour. After these decorated years with the FBI, Errol decided to Found Leader 193, where his core mission to help organisations solve any leadership issues they may have through adaptive leadership processes.
Now a highly experienced keynote speaker, Errol has helped a wide variety of clients from Fortune 100 companies to small start-ups, there is no team in any sector which will not benefit from Errol’s unique and motivational speeches.
