Elliot Leavy

Elliot Leavy is the founder of Europe’s first Generative AI consultancy, Acquainted. A seasoned tech expert with over a decade of experience, alongside running his pioneering AI consultancy, he is also a UCL AI Mentor and co-founding editor of the Italian innovation tech magazine Maize.

After a stint as Managing Editor of the AI, Data & Analytics Network, where he covered topics ranging from digital twins to biometrics, data-driven supply chains to emergent trends in retail, he joined Mesh-AI as Head of Content, developing further expertise in emerging technologies and data infrastructures helping clients find competitive advantages using data and AI.

The founding editor of both techno-culture magazines Maize and BOZO, he has ghost-written countless articles, guides and books on technology with a focus on AI, deep tech and innovation. Elliot is also the co-author of Impatto, a book that looks to instil a new approach to innovation within companies, helping them solve a more open mindset to technological change. Elliot is also host of the ‘Acquainted with’ podcast, which explores how GenAI is affecting society and has featured film directors, EU law drafters and AI ethics advisors from the Vatican. He is also a Guest Lecturer at the London Film School.
