Devie Mohan

To match her stellar career, Devie is also highly educated and earned her Diploma in Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley, before then gaining an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. She also studied an Executive Programme in Telecom Management at IMD and a Management Programme at Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Having grown up in India but lived in financial centres such as London, Washington DC, New York and Stockholm, not only does Devie have an exceptional amount of knowledge in the fintech markets, she uses her cultural experience to analyse regional technology trends. Originally beginning her career in the technology field, Devie is all too aware of the lack of diversity in STEM subjects and is on a mission to encourage other young girls and women to search for success in technical fields. With a passion for sharing her knowledge with the next generation, Devie is an Associate Lecturer at Coventry University in MSc Fintech. Throughout her career, Devie has held numerous high-profile positions including the Global Head of Marketing for SunTec Business Solutions, Global Proposition Marketing of FinTech and Open Platforms for Thomson Reuters and Advisory Director for PestalozziWorld Children’s Trust.  She is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Burnmark – a fintech research company which provides data and trends to start-ups and established enterprises worldwide.
