David is also the author of Never Blend In- LGBTQ+ Stories of Resilience and Empowerment and has worked with Equal Love UK to take a legal case to the European Court of Human Rights as a champion of marriage equality. Forging a reputation for developing inclusion agendas with consideration for LGBTQ+ employees, David has claimed several awards. He has been the winner of the Vodaphone World of Difference Award and the National Diversity Award 2014.
