Dan Lowes is an inspirational high-performance speaker who spent over 16 years making decisions at 600mph as a former RAF Fast Jet Pilot and Executive Officer of the Red Arrows. After joining the Royal Air Force as a Fighter Pilot and Commissioned Officer in 2004, Dan was exposed to demanding, high-pressure environments where he became trusted for his renowned technical skills and character. Known as the pilot instructors' "would go to war with", he remains calm under pressure, enabling him to make split-second decisions. Becoming an Executive Officer of the Red Arrows and a Red Arrow Pilot in 2016, he shared his rare ability to turn pressure into performance. Proving his worth as a display pilot, Dan was later selected to assess the flying tests for Red Arrows candidate selection. In 2020, Dan finished his service in the Royal Air Force and became a Gulfstream 650ER Pilot for TAG Aviation.
An expert in building high-trust and high-functioning teams, Dan has also served as a G650 Pilot for Flexjet and a First Officer for various major airlines. Skilled in performance management and team leadership, he has led world-class debriefing cultures, helping his clients implement effective communication processes.
