Back in 2004, Dan joined the Royal Air Force as a Fighter Pilot and Commissioned Officer. For the next 16 years, Dan was constantly exposed to demanding, dynamic and high-pressure environments, which forced him to make split-second decisions and develop effective communication skills. In 2016, Dan became an Executive Officer of the Red Arrows and a Red Arrows Pilot. Proving his worth as a display pilot, Dan was later selected to assess the flying tests required for Red Arrows candidate selection. In 2020, Dan finished his service in the Royal Air Force, and went on to become a Gulfstream 650ER Pilot for TAG Aviation and began his new endeavours as a motivational speaker and high-performance executive coach.
