Following Hibiscuses closing in 2007, Claude moved to The Fox and Grape in Wimbledon, where he turned the failing pub around. Following the success, the famed chef moved to The Swan Inn, where he reopened the lavish gastropub after refurbishment. As a reflection of his culinary meeting, Claude was awarded the 2018 Chef Award at The Caterer's The Catey Awards.
